Return & Refund Policy

This policy sets out BHAMI's approach to returns and refunds. Please review it before placing an order.

Returns

BHAMI does not accept returns.

Since BHAMI Hair Oil is a personal care product, returns are not accepted after purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only available when:

  • Payment was successfully deducted but no order was created.
  • BHAMI cancels the order before shipment.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Courier delays.
